We represent authors in order to increase exposure for new readership. Services provided include, but are not limited to: scheduling guest blog spots and online interviews, including authors in blog parties, assisting with social media blasts, sending out press announcements for new book releases, organize contests and book giveaways in a blog hop/tour, as well as various other pertinent online networking. Retainer fees for PR & Marketing Representation will vary, depending on the depth and scope of work involved.
Public Relations & Marketing for Businesses
We represent small businesses to increase exposure for new customers and sales. In addition, we offer virtual assistant services—i.e., checking and responding to email accounts, administrative tasks such as labeling and getting brochures / mailings ready to be sent out. Another service offered is to represent your company at marketing exhibits. Retainer fees for PR & Marketing Representation will vary, depending on the depth and scope of work involved.
Writing / Editing / Proofreading
We provide copy writing, editing and proofreading services for businesses and/or individuals. Copy writing services provided include, but are not limited to: resume plus cover letter, resume plus cover letter plus post interview thank you letter; non-fiction articles for publications and blogs etc.; research plus write-ups for special projects; business letters; press release write-up; special writing projects. Copy editing services provided include, but are not limited to: manuscript proofreading; in-depth editing of manuscripts, short-stories and articles; in-depth editing plus rewrites; business editing services (letters, reports and newsletters). Fees for copy writing / editing will vary, depending on the depth and scope of work involved.
Online Marketing & Networking
We provide online marketing and networking services for businesses and/or authors. Online services provided include, but are not limited to: creating a Facebook Fan Page; monthly maintenance of the page (if wanted); creating a Twitter account; creating a LinkedIn account; creating a Wikipedia account profile; managing and promoting social media accounts; registering with Google reviews, Google alerts, Yahoo alerts and other online reputation management sites; posting weekly ads online for businesses; creating a niche market for client and posting status updates each week; providing PR content for posting on social media sites (at least once per week); a listing of emails from customers of the client will be requested, as those customers will be contacted via email to be advised of the new social media campaign for the client; quarterly emails will be sent to that customer list to keep that customer base updated; will actively seek to increase fan/follower base on these various social media accounts; networking, both online and B2B, for the client. Fees for online marketing and networking will vary, depending on the depth and scope of work involved.
